Jewel tones.....Rose Quartz with Amethyst

As mentioned in the previous post of putting some easy look to sport, this is the easier version of the Pixie Dust post that I did earlier. Its easy and do-able and can be sported over cooler toned clothes and for holidays at the beach et al.

Lets see how to do this look;

FACE

  • Clinique Moisture Surge Tinted Moisturizer SPF 15
  • Clinique All About Eyes Concealer
  • Clinique Blended Face Powder
  • Clinique Blushing Blush in Pink Love and Iced Lotus

LIPS

  • Clinique long last lipstick in Spanish rose (for dramatic lips)
  • Clinique Buttershine lipstick in Pink Toffee for a muted effect.

EYES

  • MAC Paint Pot in Vintage Selection (dupe = Rubenesque) used as eyeshadow base.
  • As a highlighter and in the crease, apply Inglot DS 467 eyeshadow which is nude shimmer for that barely there highlight.
  • Apply Clarins Mono eyeshadow in Thunder Grey (dark violet and nowhere close to grey) on the outer corners, outer crease and outer corners of the lower lid, smoking it in, Again I have skipped the liner to keep the look fresh and beautiful.
  • On the entire lid I have applied berry shimmer using Inglot AMC shine 48 color.
  • Just in front of the Thunder Grey I applied, Inglot Pearl 441 (duochrome lilac) eyeshadow blending it with the rosy berry shimmer. The same color is applied on the lower lids for that bright jeweled effect.
  • In the crease, I blended MAC Mineralize Eyeshadow in My Dark Magic (Venomous Villians), the black with pink shimmer side to add depth and dimension.
  • Brows are gelled and combed in .
  • Apply several coats of Clinique High Impact Curling Mascara for fluttery lashes.

Here are some more pictures.

Do try this look. Its easy and fun.

Till then,

Ciao
