Molten Metals

Metallics were always in and I love the look of burnished antique metals as they look so vintage yet smoldering.  In this look I have paired a gorgeous burnished brass and bronze eye keeping rest of the face matte and contoured. The famous Urban Decay Naked Palette had all the colors I needed and thence is been used.

Please don't mind my dry flaky skin btw!

Lets see how to get the look.........

FACE

  • Bourjois Healthy Mix Foundation
  • Shiseido Natural Finish cream concealer
  • Clinique Blended Face Powder
  • MAC powder blush in Coppertone and Prism
LIPS
  • Clinique High Impact Lipstick in #02 Nude Beach
EYES

  • Urban Decay Primer Potion on entire lid from lash line to brow bone and also on lower lids. This creates high impact eyeshadow application.
  • Trace the lash line and inner rims with Bourjois Effet Smoky in Ultra black.
  • From the Urban Decay Naked Palette I used lots of eyeshadows.........
  • 'Sini as highlight and in inner corners
  • 'Dark Horse' in crease and outer corners while 'Smog' in outer to inner crease all blended immaculately. Also smoke 'Smog' on lower lid.
  • Define lash line and outer edges with 'Creep' and blend it hither thither.
  • Layer 'Half Baked' and 'Toasted' for brass like effect on the entire lid blending the edges. Similarly repeat in the inner thirds of the lower lid.
  • Apply several coats of Clinique High Lengths Mascara to complete the look.
  • Tame brows with brow gel

This is an easy to do smoldering metallic brass eye.

Hope you like it!

Till then,

Ciao
