Festive Season Looks #3 - Ignite the Night

This is a simple liner and orange eyeshadow look that can add a spark into your Diwali makeup looks. Please pardon my under eyes as I am looking tired in the post which I was. This is an easy look and can be done literally in 2 mins.

So lets see how to do this look...........

Start by concealing the under eyes. Since I was a bit tired I just used a foundation underneath which is also good if you set with a compact powder foundation like MAC Studio Fix powder foundation.

Apply some foundation on the lids to create a base. Sometime its better no to use a primer in case you want a very lived in look. But in case you have oily lids then always opt for a primer.

Then apply MAC Expensive Pink eyeshadow on the entire lid. If applied with fingers it gives a better impact which is what I have done.

Smoke out MAC Buckwheat eyeshadow on the lower lids. Also apply it in a V shape on the outer corners of upper lids.

Apply Buckwheat eyeshadow in the crease and blend it towards the brow bone.

Highlight the brow bone with Urban decay eyeshadow in Buff and apply Urban Decay eyeshadow in Vanilla in the inner corners.

To open up the eyes, apply Oriflame Kohl pencil in Nude in the inner rims of lower lids.

Trace the upper lash line with Laura Mercier Powder eye liner in Ebony.

Apply with a damp brush to extend the liner as desired. Also apply some in the inner parts of lower lids to create a smoked hazy definition.

Curl the lashes with Shiseido Eye lash curler, Tame the brows with a brow pencil and apply 3-4 coats of Bourjois Volume Glamour Max Definition mascara to create fluttery peepers.

To finish the look, I suggest using Shimmer Bronzers to create a sun kissed look and couple with a lovely coral lipstick that has a glossy finish.
