Look of the Day - Smoldering Shimmers

Prerna and I planned to do an ultra glamorous look for the evening meeting cum dinner with some really prominent people in the film business corporate. To revive from the trauma of the mundane beige jacket from Ralph Lauren for the evening I chose a palette of bright blue pastels and intense purples with hither thither shimmer and glittery sparkles and the look was scintillating.

I believe that there's nothing wrong if a hint of glitter goes on the face at the right places. It adds the magical touch one needs to spark up the life's most mundane days. Of course not be OTT... So lets see what products were used to get the look.......

  2. Hi Neeraj, with no offence but a genuine question, There are so many products that are used in one look, don't they overlap each other and loose effect, example the chrome shadows will be taken over by the diamond dust and also since replicating the looks are not possible as I cannot understand the need/use of so many foundation or eye shadows. Plz assist as I like all your looks but cant replicate thwm due to the use of so many products and also of their use.

    1. Actually as a professional I like to create a bit of complicated looks than others. I know they are difficult to replicate but that it's my style of makeup. Plus the effect is entranced and looks 3 dimensional, a Makeup technique I'm known for and would improve upon. That's the reason I do a lot of simple eye tutorials on the blog. Hope this helps.
